We offer financial management solutions adapted to the size of your community.

These solutions integrate public accounting regulations (M14, M22, M4, M43, M52, M57, M61 and M832) and allow a multi-users, multi-communities and multi-budgets management. All applications are fully offered in hosted mode promoting the complete dematerialization of the accounting chain and ensuring simplified and secure exchanges.

Human Resources and Payroll Management

Two complete payroll and human resources solutions are available.

The software chosen, depending on the size and needs of the community, takes into account all payroll cases in accordance with territorial public standards and produces reporting statements in accordance with the legislation. It integrates data dematerialization and it is structured around a single database that brings together all employees' information.

Digital safe and electronic certificates

Our VAULTIA electronic safe solution allows the digitization of report cards payroll for agents via a secure system allowingaccess permanently to pay slips and other career documents.

Electronic certificates are required to implement timestamped electronic signatures. These signatures carry the same legal value as handwritten ones and include official authentication elements. Our partner Certigna provides RGS** electronic certificates that comply with the requirements of the eIDAS regulation.

Administrators management

SITEC provides communities with a set of apps designed to manage your constituents.

These interconnected applications simplify the management of civil status records, electoral lists, cemetery management, rooms rentals and requests handling.

Third party teletransmission

SITEC has been the teletransmission third party of Corsica approved by the Ministry of the Interior since 2011.

Based on our partner's software solution SRCI, our exchange platform allows the dematerialisation of submitted documents to a Legality Control (@CTES), as well as accounting documents intended for treasuries departments (Helios).

Through the Cart@DS solution provided by our partner Inetum, map printing and cadastral extracts are facilitated, as well as the creation and editing of high-quality Geographic Information System data

Public markets dematerialization

Based on Modula Demat, SITEC offers you a “turnkey” service for the dematerialization of public procurement procedures, in compliance with current regulations through the hosting of buyer profiles and the publication of procedures.

Our public procurement digital platform guarantees compliance with regulations governing the dematerialization of public tenders and cover the entire lifecycle of a public consultation. Our teams assist you every step of the way, from drafting the public notice to publishing the essential data.

Electronic signature
solution

The electronic signature solution is a cross-functional tool capable of processing all document workflows within a single interface. Authorized users can review, sign, annotate or even modify the documents submitted to them. It is interoperable and thus interconnected with many solutions (EDM, Human Resources, Financial Management, Mail Management, etc.).
All of these features that digitally replicate the pratices of a traditional paper-based signature folder, allow the full digitization (dematerialization) of the signature process through validation workflows. It is also possible to have external parties sign documents through the use of certificates issued dynamically at the time of signing.
