SITEC is itself a telecommunications operator registered at ARCEP. This allows us to operate on our own fiber optic network links, optimally and securely interconnecting local stakeholder to our Datacenters.

External backup

Based on the backup technology " Veeam Cloud Connect ", this solution allows the safeguard of your virtual or physical infrastructures in a private cloud, secure and close to you.

Data transfer is encrypted (SSL) with an end-to-end encryption as well as if needed their storage on SITEC infrastructures.

After a first full backup, the data are incrementally saved every day.

The restore is done on demand and can be carried out for virtual servers (VM) or concern files within them.

In addition to the monitoring of the solution, a backup report is sent to you daily and is also checked by our technical teams.

Physical or Virtual Servers

FlexiCloud : A custom-made and scalable virtual private server

The “FlexiCloud” offer is a complete range of dedicated virtual servers combined with a set of high-value-added services.

These virtual servers are scalable in terms of CPU, RAM, data volumes and number of associated public IP addresses.

They are managedby SITEC technical teams, with a customer access via VPN.

Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP)

In order to ensure the recovery or continuity of your activities, SITEC supports you in the implementation of Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) or Business Continuity Plans (BCP). To achieve this, we carry out replicas of your systems and backups of all your data on our remote Datacenter.

This proactive protection ensures an optimal availability level for your own customers and your employees.

Our customers who have their production infrastructure in one of our Datacenters can therefore benefit from a DRP or BCP in our remote Datacenter.

For those who keep their assets in-situ, a DRP or a BCP can be implemented in our nearest Datacenter (Bastia or Aiacciu).

Health Data Hosting

SITEC is a certified Health Data Host on 5 areas of application.
We are heavily invested in information systems security. In addition to highly secure hosting infrastructures, our technical teams are supported by a RSSI and a Certified DPOs, both guarantors of compliance and protection of the data that we host.

Infrastructures host:

Activity 1 –Provision and maintenance in operational condition of physical sites to host the hardware infrastructure of the information system used for processing health data.

Activity 2 –Provision and maintenance in operational condition of the hardware infrastructure of the information system used for processing health data.

Outsourcing Host :

Activity 3 –Provision and maintenance in operational condition of the information system's applications hosting platform.

Activity 4 –Provision and maintenance in operational condition of the information system's virtual infrastructure used for processing health data.
