Training
The SITEC training team offers you different types of training programs :
Intra-community formulas
These are therefore training sessions provided to staff members from the same community (trainees). The trainer supports the participants in their own work environment and adapts to the specific needs of the community.
Inter-community formulas
Also known as thematic training sessions, they are held at SITEC's premises. They bring together small groups of staff members from different communities to train on topics related to current events in local governance. These sessions provide an opportunity to deepen knowledge and share best practices with peers from other organizations.

Quality approach
Improving our training programs and sessions :
SITEC is committed to a continuous improvement process for its training programs and sessions, using appropriate tools and procedures at every stage.
Before training:
Our training sessions are designed to meet your needs and objectives. A preliminary exchange (by email or phone) allows us to personalize the training course.
During training:
Throughout the training, we adapt the pace and teaching methods to participants' needs in order to ensure effective learning.
Our training courses also include various role-playing elements, such as regulatory reminders or the analysis of real cases encountered by the community, in order to reinforce the relevance andpractical application of the lessons.
After training:
At the end of the training, participants are invited to complete a feedback questionnaire to collect their opinions. This "immediate" feedback allows us to adjust our trainings sessions and improve their efficiency.
A few weeks after the training, a second questionnaire is sent to participants to assess the real impact of the training on their daily work. This second assessment allows us to measure the acquisition and application of the skills learned. It helps us to always better adapt our trainings to the concrete needs of trainees.
Claims processing :
Complaints are analyzed and lead to corrective actions implemented as promptly as possible. Each request is tracked in order to ensure participant satisfaction.
Through these initiatives, SITEC strives to offer ever more effective training programs that are tailored to your needs.
